2 c. flour
2/3 c. Criscoİ
5 to 7 Tbsp. ice water
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour and salt together in a bowl. Cut shortening with a fork until pieces have the texture of coarse crumbs. Sprinkle water over mixture. Mix with a fork and gather into a ball with your fingers. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate for 15 minutes; Before rolling out the dough, flour the rolling pin. On a lightly floured surface, flatten ball slightly and roll into a circle. Makes 2 9-inch pie crusts.
