Fruit Salsa:
2 tbsp. White Sugar
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
3 tbsp. Fruit Preserves (Your Flavor Preference)
2 Kiwis
2 Diced Apples
8 oz. Blueberries
16 oz. Strawberries

Cinnamon Chips:
10 (10 in.) Flour Tortillas
Melted Butter (As Much As Needed To Brush Onto Tortillas)

Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
1 cup White Sugar
2 tbsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. In large bowl mix fruit salsa ingredients together.
3. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
4. Coat ONE side of each tortilla with melted butter.
5. Sprinkle with as much cinnamon sugar topping as you desire.
6. Cut the tortillas into triangular wedges.
7. Place tortilla wedges onto cookie sheet.
8.Bake 8-10 minutes.
9. Allow 10-15 minutes to cool.
10. Serve with fruit salsa.

You can use any fruit that you enjoy. The fruit listed in the ingredients just happen to be favorites in our household, so they're my "go-to" for this recipe. We also prefer strawberry preserves, but again it's all about personal preference.
