1 lb. Italian Sausage
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
2 Jars Pasta Sauce
Spaghetti Noodles
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
4 oz. Cream Cheese
1 can Chicken Broth

Directions:
1. Brown sausage in skillet (season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt).
2. Pour one jar of sauce into bottom of slow cooker.
3. Break 1/2 spaghetti noodles on top of sauce.
4. Pour sausage into slow cooker.
5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over sausage, noodles, and sauce.
6. Place bite sized pieces of cream cheese on top also.
7. Pour more spaghetti sauce on top of these layers.
8. Cover and cook on high for two hours.
9. Pour in chicken broth.
10. Stir and cover.
11. Cook on low for one more hour.
12. Enjoy!

I personally enjoy mild Italian sausage for this recipe, but you can substitute hamburger or even chicken if that's what you prefer.
