1 lb asparagus
1/4 cup sliced shallots
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup skinless, toasted hazelnuts

Directions:
Directions:
On a large rimmed baking sheet, toss asparagus and shallots with olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Roast at 400ºF for 15 minutes. Sprinkle hazelnuts over the top.

Make It a Meal: Toss 8 cups baby lettuces with 2 tbsp oilve oil, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar and 1/8 tsp each salt and pepper. Serve asparagus on top and sprinkle with 1 cup each drained and rinsed butter beans and crumbled feta.
