4-5 10 oz. pkg frozen broccoli florets
1/2 C Hellman's mayonnaise
1/2 C sour cream
Velveeta cheese (as much as you want!)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, chopped
1 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt
Garlic Pepper

Topping:
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
2 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
Steam broccoli and onion together. Drain water off.
Season broccoli and onion with salt & garlic pepper. Add some cheese to hot broccoli.
In a separate bowl whisk soup, egg, sour cream and mayonnaise.
Mix with broccoli, onions and cheese
Pour in 9x13 baking dish. Add more cheese on top
Crush crackers and mix with melted butter to make topping
Top with cracker mixture
Bake 30-45 min until top is browned
