1 box tri colored pasta... Cooked and drained
One head of celery chopped
6 hard boiled eggs chopped
1 bunch of scallions... Chopped
1 bag of extra large shrimp cut in half
Mayo- not fat free or light

Directions:

Mix all together with your 2 to 3 cups mayo just so it's pretty wet

Make ahead..... Night before to let flavors marinate
Salt and pepper to taste and serve over
Your favorite lettuce or plain
