2 large boxes Velvetta cheese
1 lb. Jimmy Dean’s ground sausage (can be spicy or not)
1 lb ground chuck (round is good too)
1 large jar Pace salsa
3 tbls chopped jalepenos (optional)
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
1 medium onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Chop Velvetta into large squares. Place in large crockpot set on Med. Allow to start melting.
Cook meats until done; saute onion till clear.
Add salsa to the cheese and stir until blended, then add meat, onions, hot sause & jalepenos (if desired) and stir until blended.
Cook in Crock Pot for 45 minutes on Med, then turn to low. Stir occasionally and serve with warm chips.
