1 lb. soy crumbles or ground round
1 large onion, chopped
1 large can tomato puree
2 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 12 oz. can tomato paste
1 16 oz. can chopped tomatoes, drained
1½ cups sliced mushrooms
2 Tlbs. chopped parsley
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
3 tsp. salt
2 Tlbs. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown soy crumbles or ground round and onion in skillet until onion is transparent. Combine skillet mixture with remaining ingredients in crockpot and cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve over spaghetti or use in any dish calling for Marinara sauce.
