1 lb. Soy crumbles (or ground round)
3 lg. Onions, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 1 lb. can tomatoes
½ cup uncooked regular rice
1-2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 300 degrees. In large skillet, cook onions and pepper until tender; add crumbles and brown. Stir in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt & pepper. Heat through. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole; cover and bake 1 hour
