Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Pre-made frozen pizza dough
Ricotta Cheese (I use part skim)
Marinara sauce
Part skim mozzarella
Parmesan Cheese
**Feel free to add things like artichokes, cooked eggplant, spinach dip, ect for different effects.

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly flowered surface until flat and round. (I usually make two calzones out of one pizza dough ball). Spread ricotta over middle, leaving enough space around the edge to fold and seal. About two inches. Add marinara sauce over the ricotta, top with mozzarella cheese. Fold one end of dough over to meet the other making a half moon shape. Pinch the pieces together folding a tiny bit of the bottom dough over to seal in the sauce and cheese. Slit three lines in the dough, brush with butter and top with parmesan cheese. Put in the oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbling through the slits and dough is browned.
