Whole wheat noodles
Garlic 4 cloves
Onion 1 cup
1 16oz can Italian stewed tomatoes
3 red peppers
Parmesan cheese
Olive oil 1 tablespoon

Directions:
Directions:
Broil red peppers until outer skin is completely black and burnt. Let peppers sit for 30 minutes, run cold water over the peppers to remove the blackened skin. Chop pepper into small pieces and remove seeds. Start water to boil noodles in.
Heat olive oil in sauté pan, add garlic and onion, cook till translucent, add red peppers, cook 2 minutes more. Put noodles in to boil. Add stewed tomatoes to the garlic onion and red peppers and let simmer until noodles are finished. Drain noodles, pour mixture over the noodles and stir in parmesan cheese to taste.
