4 6-oz Salmon fillets
2 tablespoons butter
5 tablespoons spicy mustard
5 tablespoons honey
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix melted butter with mustard and honey; spoon mixture over the salmon. In a food processor, pulse the nuts and bread crumbs together until coarsely chopped. Cover coated Salmon with the bread crumb mixture. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes per 1 inch thickness.
