Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 cups fresh organic cranberries
2 1/4 cups apple juice or orange juice
2 Gala or Fuji apples peeled, cored and chopped
2 Bosc pears, peeled, cored and chopped
1 cup golden raisins
1-1½ cups honey or Agave
1 cup brown sugar
1½ tablespoon cinnamon
½ tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Place cranberries and juice into a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook until the cranberries begin to burst (about 10 minutes). Stir in remaining ingredients. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer about 25 minutes until the apples and pears are soft.
Pour into a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
(Prepare two days ahead of time for even better flavor.)
If you use non-organic cranberries, it really does change the taste and it is not as good.
