drain all of the juices from roasting pan. Strain the juices with small opening strainer to remove large solid parts.

In a saucepan, place juices and bouillon cubes and simmer. Combine cornstarch and water to make a mixture. Slowly stir in portions of the cornstarch mixture - let the gravy cook and thicken before adding more cornstarch.
