3 C. FLOUR
3 TB SUGAR
3 TSP. BAKING POWDER
1/2 C. CRISCO
1 EGG
1 C. MILK

PUMPKIN MIXTURE:
2-3 C. GRATED PUMPKIN OR CANNED PIMPKIN
4 TB. SUGAR
1/2 TSP. SALT
DASH PEPPER

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together to make soft dough.
Roll out about 1/8" - 1/4" thick. Cut into squares.
Fill with pumpkin mixture and press ends together.
Put on cookie sheet and bake until light brown at 350.
