4 C. FLOUR
1 TSP. SALT
2 EGGS

MEAT FILLING
1-2 LBS. HAMBURGER
SALT AND PEPPER
ONION AND GARLIC SEASONING
2 EGGS

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour salt and eggs. Add water or milk to make a stiff dough. Divide dough into two parts and roll out to about 1/8 in thick. Cut in squares, put hamburger balls in each square, fold over and pinch tight.
Drop into boiling salt water and cook about 15 minutes till hamburger is
cooked. Drain and fry crumbs to put over top. Eat with sour cream or butter.
