2 C. FLOUR
1/4 TSP. BAKING POWDER
1/2 TSP. SALT
1 EGG BEATEN

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and add enough water to make a stiff dough. Cut off small chunks and roll into lengthwise pieces. Cut in 1" with a scissors or knife. Drop into boiling water with salt added.
Boil about 10 minutes and drain. Brown bread crumbs and pour over knephla.
Mix with cooked hotdogs and sauerkraut, or brown bacon and add with sour cream.
