1 beef brisket

1/4 cup of chili powder
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off some of the excess fat but not all. Rub the brisket with the spice rub and wrapped it in plastic wrap for 24-48 hours in the fridge.

Grill using mesquite chips and a combination of direct and indirect heat for about 1 hour. Finish it in a 350 degree oven in a covered pan (cake pan covered with aluminum foil) for about three more hours or until fork tender.
