5 cps water
5 green tea bags
7 packets of Splenda

Wedges of lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the water and remove from heat, let sit 2 minutes. Add the tea bags to the water and let sit for about 8 minutes, remove the tea bags. Add sweetener to taste, stir to dissolve sugar and add cold water to fill a 2 qt pitcher. Chill well before serving.

Serve with a wedge of lemon.

I don't really like hot drinks but this is something I enjoy. Especially since I've stopped drinking soda. If you are trying to avoid sugar there isn't a lot that you can drink. I leave the sweetener out of this and it's still nice.
