4 C. FLOUR
1 TSP. SALT
2 EGGS

CHEESE FILLING
4 C. DRY COTTAGE CHEESE
2 EGGS
SALT AND PEPPER
ONION

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and eggs. Add water or milk to make stiff dough. Divide dough into two parts and roll out about 1/8 " thick. Cut in squares, put in cheese filling, fold over and pinch tight.
Drop into boiling water and cook about 12-15 minutes. Drain and fry bread crumbs for topping.
Eat with sour cream or butter.
