6 Cups Flour
2 lbs Ricotta
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Knead together and wrap in Saran Wrap to rest for an hour.
Roll some dough into a rope then cut into dumpling like pieces. You can leave them like that, or roll each piece off your thumb or a fork.

Spread out on a floured cloth and cook till they pop to the top of the pan. Drain and use as desired
