Ingredients:  
Flour cut up chicken and fry slowly till golden. Remove to a plate.
In the same pan, fry garlic and chopped onions (lots)
Add about 2-3 Cups of chicken stock and return chicken to pan.
Slowly simmer until the chicken almost falls off the bone.

Add a lot of chopped Italian Parsley for the last 10 mins. Thicken stock if necessary.

Cook Linguine, remove chicken to a plate and keep warm.
Add cooked Pasta to the broth.

Let the pasta stay in the broth for 10 minutes before serving. Place in a pasta bowl, and surround with the chicken.

serve with a generous amount of grated parm. or romano cheese. I mix both together.
