2 ½ cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
¾ cups butter (softened)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In large bowl cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Chill dough in plastic wrap 2 hours. Preheat oven to 400º. Roll dough, one segment at a time, to 1/8” thickness. Cut with cookie cutters and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 6-8 minutes being careful not to over bake. Cool and decorate!
