48 oz Russett Potatoes, peeled, 1/4" slices
20 oz Half and Half
1/4 oz Fresh Garlic, Finely minced
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
10 oz Goat Cheese, Crumbled
4 oz Parmesan Cheese, Grated
1/2 bu Fresh Sage, coarsely chopped
1 TBS Olive Oil

Directions:

"1. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees.
2. In a bowl, Whisk together half and half, garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg and sage
3. Brush a baking dish with the olive oil.
4. To build gratin, layer potatoes in bottom of baking dish, top with goat cheese and some of the half and half mixture to cover, repeat with remainig ingredients. Top with the grated parmesan cheese. Bake for about one hour until potatoes are tender and top is browned and bubbling. Let rest 15 minutes before cutting."
