5 1/2 lb Artichoke hearts, fresh, trimmed and steamed and quartered
5 1/2 ea Garlic Cloves, minced
1 1/2 ea Lemons, juiced
1/16 tsp Salt
1/16 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 1/3 Cup Fresh Parsley, chopped coarsely
2 3/4 Cup White Cooking Wine
2 1/4 TBS Olive Oil

"1. Place steamed artichoke hearts in a bowl. Combine with garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil in sauté pan, add artichoke mixture and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add wine, lemon juice; simmer on medium-low heat about 3 minutes.
4. Garnish with parsley. "
