SALAD
2-3 stalks broccoli flowerettes
1 1/2 C craisins
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp
1 C copped red onion
1/2 C shredded Cheddar cheese

DRESSING
1 C mayonnaise
2 T white vinegar
1/4 C sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Cut flowerettes off broccoli stalks into bite-sized pieces. Discard stalks. Toss together broccoli, craisins, bacon, onion, and cheese.

Dressing
In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients and mix well. our dressing over salad and toss thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
