5 oz Tomatillos, husked, rinsed and quartered (4 ea)
1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro, lightly packed
3 oz Jalapeņos, chopped
4 oz Spanish Onion, chopped
1 1/2 TBS Fresh Lime Juice
1 tsp Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Kosher Salt

In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the salt and puree until nearly smooth. Season with salt and transfer to a small bowl.
