16 ea Plum Tomatoes, halved, cored and seeded
2 TBS Olive Oil Blend
2 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp Ground Black pepper
1 tsp Dried Oregano
2 TBS Fresh Italian Parsley, washed, dried, and chopped fine

"Toss all ingredients in large bowl. Lay tomatoes on sheet pan skin side down, over a wire rack preferably. Place in 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until tomatoes start to brown and the skin starts to wrinkle and loosen. Remove from oven, cool, reserve cooking liquid, peel skins off and place in storage container, pour cooking liquid over tomatoes and refrigerate until use.
Notes: Do not use parchment paper the moisture content is to high. "
