Sauce:
1 jar marinara sauce (Ragu, Francesco Rinaldi, etc.)
2 cups tomato sauce
dried basil
dried parsley
salt and pepper

Meatballs:
1 lb. ground turkey
1 eggs
7 tablespoons Italian flavored bread crumbs
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon parsley
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put marinara and tomato sauce in large pot. Season with salt and pepper and basil and parsley and heat over medium heat.

In a large bowl, put all the ingredients for the meatballs and season with salt and pepper. Mix WELL with hands and shape into golf ball sized balls. Put in hot sauce and lower the temperature to lowest setting on sauce.

Cook about 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally so meatballs don't burn on bottom.

If sauce seems too thick and is burning, you can always add more tomato sauce to thin it.

Extra credit: Saute chopped onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon of olive oil before adding marinara sauce and tomato sauce. :-)
