3 lb Portobello mushrooms, washed, stems and ribs underneath cap removed
2 oz Minced Garlic
1 oz Fresh Rosemary, Chopped
1 oz Fresh Thyme, Chopped
2 oz Black Pepper
1 oz Kosher Salt
1/4 Cup Blended Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the portobello mushrooms. Let marinate in the refrigerator for an hour. Drain the marinate off the mushrooms. Grill on both sides until mushrooms are tender. Flash chill. Slice 1/4" and hold refrigerated for service.
