6 oz Grilled Asparagus
18 each Pear or Cherry Tomatoes, halved
12 oz Baby Arugula
6 oz Greek Yogurt Herb Dressing, see recipe

"1. To Plate: Lay baby arugula down on the bottom. Arrange asparagus, tomatoes, regiano cheese and portobello mushrooms on top.
2. Serve with 2 oz Greek Yogurt Dressing."
