3 lb Romaine Lettuce, washed, dried, chopped 1"
6 lb Tofu, firm, 4 oz portions
1/3 Cup Fresh ginger, peeled, minced
8 oz Soy Sauce, low sodium
12 oz Cabbage, shredded
12 oz Carrot, julienned
12 oz Bell Pepper, julienned
4 TBS Sesame Seeds, White, toasted
4 TBS Sesame Seeds, Black, toasted
24 fl oz Asian Sesame Dressing, see recipe
48 fl oz Asian Sesame Dressing, see recipe

Directions:
Directions:
"1. Brush each tofu with 1 TBSP lite Asian ginger sesame dressing. Roast until browned in 400°F oven, about 8 minutes.
2. Toss julienned vegetables with minced ginger and soy sauce.
3. Place 2oz of romaine in the base of each container, top each with 2 ounces of slaw, then top with roasted tofu. Sprinkle sesame seeds over top.
4. Serve each salad with 2 ounces of sesame dressing."
