2 lb Fresh Radish, washed, trimmed, sliced thin crosswise
4 lb Snow Peas, washed, stemmed
3 TBS Dried Aleppo Pepper, can sub with 1 red bell pepper, washed finely diced, rinsed
12 oz Fresh Lemon Juice, plus 1/4 Cup lemon zest
32 oz Olive Oil Blend
4 TBS Honey
8 oz Sesame Oil
2 TBS Kosher Salt
2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 Cup White Sesame Seeds, toasted, can sub sunflower seeds
3/4 Cup Fresh mint, coarsely chopped

"1. In a large mixing bowl toss snow peas with radish and Aleppo pepper.
2. Combine lemon juice with blended oil, sesame oil, honey, salt and pepper in a blender and blend well. Stir in lemon zest and Aleppo or red pepper.
3. Toss together snow peas and radish and divide evenly into quik pik containers (4oz each). Divide garnish of mint and toasted sesame seeds evenly over the top of each salad then top with fresh mint in the center of each salad. Serve dressing in 2 oz containers in each container."
