10 oz Carrot, shredded
6 oz Red bell pepper, julienned
4 Each Scallion, sliced
4 oz Red onion, julienned
1 oz Fresh Ginger, minced
1 oz Fresh Garlic, minced
1 oz Jalapeno, minced
1 Each Zest of one lime
2 oz Fresh Lime juice
6 oz Sweet Chili sauce (Mae Ploy)
2 oz Fish sauce

Directions:

"1. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine well.
2. Cover and chill. Toss well before serving
Hold refrigerated for service"
