4 lb Green beans, washed, snipped, blanched
2 oz Scallions, cut thick
1 oz Canola oil
2 oz Fresh Garlic minced
2 oz Fresh Ginger minced
3 oz Soy sauce
2 oz Rice wine vinegar

Directions:

"1. In a large skillet, on high heat add oil, once oil is hot about 20 seconds add green beans, toss rapidly.
2. Add scallions, cook for 2-3 minutes, add aromatics cook until fragrant.
3. Finish with soy and rice wine vinegar, cook 1 more minute
Hold Hot at 145 Degrees for Service"
