4 lb Beef Flank Steak
1 fl oz Dry Sherry - Cooking - can omit
6 tsp Ground Cumin
2 tsp Chili powder
4 tsp Garlic powder
1 oz Canola oil
3 tsp Kosher salt
32 10" Bamboo Skewers

Directions:
Directions:
"1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl, combine well, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 24 hours.
2. Slice beef crosswise into 1 oz slices
3. Soak skewers in water, skewer 2 oz slices of beef onto each skewer
3. Grill beef skewers on both sides until charred and cooked through.
Serve immediately with stir-fried green beans and steamed rice. "
