1 #10 Can Fire Roasted Tomatoes (El Pasado), drained through a colander
2 ea Jalapeno, finely minced
8 oz Spanish Onions, peeled, finely diced
1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
2 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
1/3 Cup Cider Vinegar

1. Place well drained tomatoes in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the next six ingredients, mix well.
3. Cover and refrigerate for later use.
4. Serve with tortilla chips."
