9 ea Habaneros, stemmed, halved
9 ea Plum Tomatoes, cored and quartered
2 ea Garlic Cloves
8 oz Onion, quartered
2 ea Serrano Chili, stemmed coarsely chopped
1 Bunch Fresh Cilantro, coarsely chopped
2 Qt Water
2 oz Olive Oil
2 TSP Kosher Salt
2 TBS Fresh Lime Juice

Directions:

1. In a saucepot add water, onions and garlic, bring to a simmer.
2. Add habaneros, tomatoes and serranos, simmer until soft.
3. Add Oil and cilantro and blend smooth, add salt and Lime juice.
4. Cover and refrigerate for later use. "
