2 cps Minute Rice, cooked
2 eggs
3/4 cp ham, diced
4 tsp veggie oil
1/8 cp soy sauce
6 green onions
3/4 cp peas
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan and scramble the eggs with a bit of salt and pepper. Break them up into bits and remove from pan, set aside.

Add another tsp oil to the frying pan and brown the ham to give it a nice sear. Remove from the pan, set aside.

Add 2 tsp oil to the frying pan and add the cooked rice. Toss to coat with oil and break up any clumps. Stir in the soy sauce. Add the peas and green onion. Return the ham and eggs to the pan. Stir and cook until heated through, about 5 min.
