5 pounds russet Potatoes
1 stalk celery
1 bunch green onions
1 medium yellow onion
8 oz fresh mushrooms
1 green bell pepper
6-7 medium size carrots
1 pint sour cream
2 beef or chicken Bullion cubes
salt and pepper
garlic Granules
Potato Buds (For Thickening)
water 3-4 quarts

Directions:
Directions:
Put water and bouillon cubes on to heat. Cut up celery and carrots into small chinks. Then put these two ingredients into the water until semi-soft (about 10-15 minutes cooking time) Then cube the potatoes and add to the water. Cook for 15-20 minutes and then add the rest of the vegetables you would have been cutting up while celery, carrots and potatoes were cooking. When the potatoes are soft add the sour cream and mix well. Then add potato buds for thickening. Reduce heat and stir occasionally to keep it from burning. Take about 1 hour from start to finish.
