1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup of oils
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
cream 1/3 cup of oil with 1 cup sugar. Then mix the above ingreadiants Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour the mixture into muffin tins and bake for about 20 minutes. Let the muffins cool for 10 minutes. then roll in melted butter (about 1/2 stick) and cinnamon-sugar mixture ( need about 1/3)

Mom used to make these for us on special occasions dipped in butter and cinnamon sugar! what a treat for the kids! Dad also likes them, and i think that we all make them when we miss her. Enjoy!
