2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
6 Tbsp. soft butter
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 can pie filling
Cool Whip, whipped cream, or 1 pkg. Dream Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into a 9x13 dish. Cream together the cream cheese, sugar and eggs. Pour over the crumb mixture and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Let cool, then spread the pie filling on top. Over that, spread the whipped cream and chill.

This is Mother's (Margaret Williams) favorite cheesecake recipe (and mine). My favorite pie filling on top is blueberry, but cherry is delicious, too. Or anything else, I'm sure would be good, also.
