1 slightly beaten egg
3/4 cup finely crushed saltine crackers (21 crackers)
1/4 cup taco sauce
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pound ground beef
1 10 1/2 ounce can cr. of mushroom soup
1 15 ounce can Mexe-beans, drained
1 4 ounce can chopped green chilies
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

In mixing bowl, combine egg, cracker crumbs, taco sauce, onion, and salt; add ground beef and mix well. Shape into 6 patties, about 3 inches in diameter. In 12-inch skillet, brown patties on both sides. Pour soup over meat; top with beans and green chilies. Cook, covered, over low heat 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and heat till cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
