1 cp milk
2 Tbsp flour
Salt & Pepper

VARIATIONS
Cheese Sauce – When sauce has thickened up add ˝ cp shredded cheese.

Dill Sauce – After blending in the flour add 1 tsp dried dill. Good over fish or vegis.

Curry Sauce – After blending in the flour add ˝ tsp curry powder. Good over chicken or shrimp.

Directions:
Directions:
Put the milk in a small saucepan. Add the flour and whisk till well blended. You don’t want any lumps. Add the salt and pepper to taste. Cook it over med-low heat till it begins to thicken, stir it frequently or you’ll get a paste on the bottom of the pan.

Keep it on low heat to make it thicker.

If it gets to thick for you, add milk 1 Tbsp at a time to thin it down.
