Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cps milk
2 Tbls flour or cornstarch
2 tsp pepper
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp chicken bouillon granules
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Put the milk in a small saucepan over med/low heat. Watch the milk and do not let it come to boil. When it has gotten good and warm ladle out about ½ cp and add the flour/cornstarch to that portion of milk. Whisk it in till it’s well blended with no lumps. Set that aside.

Add the pepper, salt, chicken bouillon, garlic, onion powder, and the bay leaf. Stir the seasoning in, set heat to low and let it simmer 3-5 min. Stir in the milk/flour/cornstarch mixture and allow it to continue to simmer another 3-5 min until it’s thickened to liking. Skim the skin off the top and remove the bay leaf.
