Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cube butter
1 med onion, diced
4-5 stalks celery, chopped

2 cps water
2 tsp chicken bouillion
1-2 Tbsp sage
1-2 Tbsp parsley
1-2 Tbsp thyme
1 tsp pepper

1 box Mrs Cubison’s seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a skillet. Saute the onion and celery 3-5 min. Add the water, bouillion, and seasonings. Bring to a boil, then lower to med heat. Stir in the bread crumbs and fry for 10-15 min. Lower the heat and cover. Cook till dinner is ready, no longer than 90 min.

This can be prepared in an electric skillet leaving the stove top and oven free for other dishes. Since it isn’t cooked inside the turkey it’s more healthy than some dressings that are, even with all the butter.

This could be kept warm in a crock pot.
