1 Spanish onion, finely diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 (12 oz) cans Coca-Cola
2 tablespoons white vinegar
4 cups ketchup
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a large saucepot over medium-high heat. Add in the onions and cook about 3 minutes or until translucent and tender. Add the garlic, jalapeno peppers, brown sugar and cook for another minute. Pour in the Coca-Cola and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and let it continue to cook until it reaches a syrup consistency, stirring constantly. Mix in the ketchup and vinegar. Turn heat down to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
