2 egg yolks
1/4 t. Salt
1 Cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks; add salt and enough flour to make a stiff dough. Roll very thin on floured surface. Let stand 20 minutes, roll up and slice (your choice on how wide to make them). Spread out to dry 2 hours. Add to boiling soup or stew. (Or water)
