1 can whole kernel corn, drained OR 1 1/2 cp frozen corn, thawed
4 green onions, diced
2 plum tomatos, chopped
2 Tbls butter
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a med skillet over med heat. Add the corn with a little salt & pepper, saute in the butter 3 min, then mix in green onion. Continue to sauté another 3 min. Add the tomato for the last 2-3 min of cooking so it just warms but doesn’t really cook.

This is really good, I definitely recommend real butter because the flavor of it really comes thru in this and it's delicious.
