2 - 4 cans of green beans
1 medium onion - chopped
1 package Eckrich Smoked Sausage
4 - 8 medium potatoes
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Drain green beans, fill the cans with fresh water and pour beans and water into large saucepan. Cut onion into quarters and add to beans. Peel potatoes and cut them into quarters and add to the green beans. Cut the smoked sausage into 4 - 6 pieces, so it fits into the same saucepan with the potatoes and green beans. Heat and bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and boil for approximately 20 - 30 minutes. When potatoes are tender (poke them with a fork), remove from heat and serve.

Add butter to potatoes on each plate and mash. Add salt and pepper to taste.
